It is well known that the USA provided Ukraine with military Hummers for our army’s needs. However, in this case, we are talking specifically about military Humvee off-road vehicles, or put simply, the Hummer H1. However, judging by this picture, someone among the ‘special’ military personnel is driving around Dnipro in a civilian Hummer H2, and with ‘flashy’ plates ‘9999’. 
A few years ago, we did a separate post about cool cars with military license plates, so it shouldn’t be too surprising. But the photo of the Hummer H2 in camouflage with beautiful black state signs turned out to be especially relevant after the post about Hummer H2 with police blue plates.
Let us remind you, the Hummer H2 is the commercial and most luxurious version of the iconic American off-roader. We don’t know whether Ukrainian agencies refuel such complex vehicles with gas or petrol, but let us remind you that the second Hummer is equipped with a 6-liter gasoline engine that consumes 20-30 liters of petrol per 100 km, and if with LPG – about 30-35 liters of gas.
