A photo of the 1975 VAZ-2103 was sent to us by a reader of TopGir. Beautiful plates 9999 can be bought for 36 thousand hryvnias, although, reportedly, there are unofficial payments that are higher. 
The number of such license plates is limited, so owners often resort to hanging onto less noticeable cars to save for the future.
In this case, the plates were also hidden inside the car — presumably due to fear of theft.
