In Kamianets-Podilskyi at the ‘Retro-Fest 2019’, we managed to capture the rarest Horch 951 from 1937. The German limousine is almost the only representative of the already forgotten brand in Ukraine.
Horch was the most premium brand in the Auto Union group, which also included Audi, DKW, and Wanderer. By the way, four rings adorn its hood, as in the 1930s, this was the emblem of Auto Union, not Audi.
The car has an interesting history: the Horch 951 is a trophy car and was acquired in Lviv.
The owner of this representative limousine is unknown, but such an expensive car could only be owned by a general.
The owner of the Horch 951 has restored it, while the interior has been preserved in its full original state. However, instead of the 5.0-liter inline-eight with 120 hp, a three-liter diesel is now hidden under the hood.
