As journalists found out, the car belongs to the enterprise “Alpha-Capital” and has just been registered. The owner of the company is Oleksandr Pavlyuchenko. You can buy a Rolls-Royce Phantom in Ukraine at a price from 14.5 million hryvnias.
The sedan is equipped with a 6.75-liter V12 twin-turbo engine with 571 hp and accelerates to 100 km/h in 5.3 s. 
Rolls-Royce Phantom’s arsenal includes an air suspension, four-zone climate control, electric drive for front and rear seats, and 360-degree view cameras. The interior trim features expensive leather and wood.
