A true treasure has appeared on the horizon of the Ukrainian JDM scene – the legendary Toyota Supra Turbo (MK4), which was brought in last year, but its story only reached the wider public just now. And it was worth the wait!
The car originates from Japan, but spent most of its “retirement life” in a private collection in Germany. It was found there – with a rather modest mileage, in original factory condition, and with signs of meticulous care that are hard to fake. The condition of the body, interior, and technical parts is almost museum-quality.
Among its features is the signature 2JZ-GTE turbo engine, which has been carefully left untouched. The new owner plans only light updates to slightly “tweak” the power, but without losing authenticity. This is one of those cases where the car looks like it just came from a 90s dealership, but with a character ready to remind you why the Supra became iconic.
A true artifact for fans of the era when JDM was not a style – but a way of life. It is worth noting that such cars in Ukraine can be counted on the fingers of one, well, maybe two hands… and each specimen is worth its weight in gold. In this case, white gold.
