by A very unusual 2015 Toyota Camry is up for sale in Ukraine. They are asking for as much as 85,000 euros for the seemingly ordinary sedan.
The thing is, this Toyota Camry is not ordinary – the car is armored. It has Kevlar protection, bulletproof windows, and tires that are resistant to punctures.
The armor meets the VR6 standard, meaning it can withstand sniper rifle fire of 7.62 mm caliber. In addition, it comes equipped with cameras and a fire extinguishing system.
At the same time, the Toyota Camry remains comfortable and well-equipped. It has a leather interior, electric seat and steering wheel adjustments, and adaptive cruise control.
Under the hood, there is a familiar 3.5-liter V6 with 272 hp. It is paired with an automatic transmission.
