The latest Rolls-Royce Phantom 2021 worth around 700 thousand euros was spotted in the capital. At first glance (from the background and the setting), it might seem that the photo was taken somewhere in an old district of Khrushchev-era buildings. Partially, this is true; the area is indeed old, but it is located in the very heart of the capital – in the government quarter near the Verkhovna Rada.
By the way, this quarter began to be built in the 30s, and although there are many very old houses there, many of which are unremarkable externally, real estate here was valued both half a century ago and today. It is not surprising that precisely here, in the inner yards hidden from prying eyes, one can occasionally encounter supercars that are not seen every day in Monaco. Especially, when it comes to Chernovetsky’s yard…

This is what they call the 5-story building on Krepostnoi Lane, which in 2010 the Pechersk District Council transferred from the district’s municipal ownership to the balance of the housing association “Gazda”, and according to the documents, members of the association are Alina Aivazová, Stepan, and Kristina Chernovetski. However, it should be noted for fairness that even before 2010, rare and exclusive Rolls-Royces, Porsches, and one of the first Mercedes SLR McLarens in Europe were repeatedly encountered here. A distinctive feature – license plates 2277, which we covered in detail.

Regarding the Rolls-Royce spotted the other day, it surprisingly has a different combination of numbers – 2121. However, the car was spotted in the same yard and almost in the very spot where the vehicles of Leonid Chernovetsky’s family used to stand.

Characteristics of the Rolls-Royce Phantom

Torque ─ 900 Nm at 1700 rpm
Transmission ─ 8-speed automatic (8 modes)
Maximum speed ─ 250 km/h (electronically limited)
Acceleration 0-100 km/h ─ 5.3 s
By the way, this year his son, Stepan, apparently decided to transport his favorite supercars back to Ukraine. Let us recall, in 2014, the son of the former mayor of Kyiv took his favorite Porsche Carrera GT to Spain and re-registered it to Spanish license plates. But in 2020, the exclusive supercar found itself back in the Ukrainian capital and on Ukrainian license plates with the “family” number 2277.

And of course, it’s worth separately mentioning the jewel of Stepan’s collection – the Porsche 918 Spyder. He ordered it about 10 years ago, and now, in 2021, this hybrid hypercar is in Ukraine. Although there is no official data that it belongs specifically to Chernovetsky, but: firstly, there was only 1 order for this car from Ukraine; secondly, the serial number of the imported Porsche 918 is “277.” Coincidence? We don’t think so. And the third point – look closely at the yellow Carrera GT and the number of the 918 Spyder taken in Spain, and at the number (before customs clearance) of the 918th, which was just imported to Ukraine:
