Age – from 22 years old. Experience – from 2 years. Documents – passport, driver’s license (category B), tax ID. Scans can be sent online before arriving at the office. Payment – cash or non-cash. All transactions are documented. Deposit – paid upon signing the contract. Returned after vehicle inspection. Geography – all of Ukraine. Abroad – only with VanRent’s permission. Denial – to persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Insurance – all vehicles are insured. In case of an accident not caused by the renter, issues are resolved through insurance without additional costs for the client.
How to rent – step by step
- Choose a vehicle from the fleet on the website.
- Fill out an application or call a manager.
- The manager contacts you to clarify booking details.
- Sign the contract, make payment and deposit.
- Receive the vehicle at the office (Ochakivska St., 5/6, office 506) or order delivery in Kyiv.
- Return the vehicle – the deposit is returned after inspection.
