Skoda Superb 2.0 TSI 4×4 with a 280 hp turbo engine is the most powerful and fastest production model in the brand’s history. The liftback accelerates to a hundred in 5.8 seconds and reaches 250 km/h.
The car is not exactly slow, but it cannot compete with a BMW M5 or Audi RS6. In Britain, they decided to fix this by doubling the engine power exactly – up to 560 hp. The sprint to 100 km/h now takes 2.9 seconds, which is faster than the 2018 BMW M5.
The tuning of the Skoda Superb includes a stage 3 turbo kit, methanol injection, and a new exhaust system from a company working with Aston Martin. Valves, pistons, fuel pump, and much more have been replaced. Interestingly, the DSG robot remained unchanged, but the clutch was replaced.
From the outside, it looks like an ordinary Skoda Superb, just slightly lowered. It is also equipped with 17-inch wheels and new tires. The interior features an Alcantara-covered steering wheel from the VW Arteon. The configuration matches the top Laurin & Klement version.
Currently, the car is for sale at a very reasonable price. You can buy the Skoda Superb for £35,000 ($45,000). More details can be found in the video.
