According to police, the driver arrived at a gas station demanding $55 worth of fuel and then refused to leave when employees rejected his proposal.

The man didn’t just stand there; he engaged law enforcement in a debate about the nature of money. When questioned by police, he stated:
“I sincerely believe that money as a means of payment is not real.”
