Such a sales level was last seen in 2015, although there were more dismal records back then. Of course, the main reason for the collapse is the quarantine. The leader remained unchanged – Renault (771 cars sold).

However, BMW unexpectedly rose to fourth place with 184 cars sold. And Mercedes even increased sales by 16% in April – up to 177 units. Overall, the premium class didn’t particularly suffer from the restrictions, and judging by the supercars on the roads, the quarantine didn’t bother their buyers either.

In total, 23.9 thousand cars were sold in our country in the first four months of 2020 – 5% less than the previous year.
