Modern sports cars have become more powerful than ever before. Most of them are also more refined and controllable. But that didn’t stop one driver from completely losing control of the horses under the hood of a late-model . After the driver, by all appearances, attempted several times to demonstrate his skills in a failed brake turn, he hit a curb, then a tree, and apparently never touched the brakes.
The entire incident happened with a gray 911 GT3 RS with red . The driver seems to be attempting a turn, during which cameras are recording. This part isn’t unusual. Who wouldn’t want to show off their driving skills behind the wheel of an expensive sports car worth over $240,000? At the same time, no one wants what happens in this short video.

The driver accelerates down the road and enters a section with a winding path. At first, everything seems to be going smoothly. However, it soon becomes apparent that the driver is going too fast. He makes it through the first turn but then overcorrects, and the Porsche ; specifically, its rear end tries to take the position of the front. The driver holds on as the rear swings left, but then, as the car moves right again, it flies onto the curb and kicks up dust.
It seems the driver momentarily stops turning the wheel but doesn’t appear to let off the gas. Somehow, he doesn’t seem to think about hitting the brakes. The result is the six-figure car slamming into a tree; first on the driver’s side wheel. Amazingly, the car looks quite impressive considering the force of the impact. The airbags deployed, the steering wheel was thrown back, and the bumper and fender clearly need repairs.
Surprisingly, the hood is almost untouched. In fact, most of the car looks like it could continue driving down the road without any repairs. However, I’m curious about what the frame looks like under the bodywork. Hopefully, the driver remained unharmed. It seems the airbags deployed, so at least some safety features tried to minimize injuries to the person. You can’t tell how this individual is feeling right now.
