Changes in Production Capacity
Slowing sales growth for electric vehicles is forcing automakers to revise their plans. As reported by

Temporary Production Stoppages

Postponement of New Model Launches
Volkswagen is also postponing the launch of two key electric vehicles. The ID.Roc model, which was supposed to appear in the autumn of 2029, is now expected only in the summer of 2030. Similar changes apply to the long-awaited ID.Golf. These delays are related not only to falling demand but also to limited resources – the company has already cut costs by 15 billion euros in 2024.
