Presentation of the bZ Time Attack Concept
Toyota has presented the bZ Time Attack concept, which demonstrates the capabilities of the updated electric model. This car features more powerful equipment and an aggressive design focused on track use.
Improved Technical Specifications
The updated 2026 Toyota bZ version offers up to 338 horsepower, which is 124 hp more than the previous model. This allows the top version to accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in 4.9 seconds and travel up to 278 miles on a single battery charge.
Exterior and Design
The bZ Time Attack concept, debuting at the SEMA show, is equipped with an aggressive body kit featuring a prominent front splitter, new side skirts, widened fenders, a sporty rear diffuser, and a massive rear wing. The crossover is also lowered by 6 inches, and its track is widened by the same amount, giving the model a stable appearance. The 19-inch BBS Unlimited alloy wheels are fitted with Continental Extreme Contact Sport 02 tires. Additionally, the car has a custom tricolor paint job combining metallic and pearlescent shades.
Interior and Sports Equipment
The concept’s interior is stripped of unnecessary equipment to reduce weight. The cabin features a chromoly steel safety cage, OMP HTE-R sports seats, a new steering wheel, and a gear selector relocated to the instrument panel.
Increased Power and Technical Updates
The concept is equipped with a dual-motor all-wheel-drive system producing over 402 horsepower. In addition to the updated motors, the car features a reworked suspension with TEIN dampers and an Alcon braking system with Hawk pads.
This concept highlights the growing power and dynamics of Toyota’s electric models, demonstrating the potential for track versions. The performance increase and aerodynamic improvements could influence future production models, intensifying competition in the electric vehicle market.
