Unveiled Mustang GTD Label Reveals Price and Shocking Fuel Consumption

Mustang GTD: Price and Specifications

The Mustang GTD is Ford’s attempt to create a supercar capable of competing with European luxury-class vehicles. The latest data confirms that the base price will be around $325,000, which is significantly lower than previous rumors of $600,000.

Options are added to the base price, such as a carbon roof for $10,000, red brake calipers for $1,500, and a “gas-guzzler” tax of $3,700. Together with a delivery fee of $5,500, the total cost can reach $339,460.

Is the Price Justified?

The Mustang GTD is a unique car with an exclusive design and a powerful engine. It accelerates to 60 mph in less than 3 seconds, making it one of the fastest production Mustangs.

Between the power, rarity, and factory engineering, it has serious bragging rights.

However, there are alternatives on the market, such as the Porsche 911 GT3 RS or the upcoming Chevrolet Corvette ZR1, which offer similar performance for similar money. The Mustang GTD will undoubtedly go down in history as one of Ford’s most ambitious projects.

Interestingly, the delivery cost for the GTD is significantly higher than for regular Mustangs – possibly due to special transportation conditions. Dealers will likely add their own markup, further increasing the final price for buyers.
