How to Turn the New Kia Pickup into a True Off-Roader

ARB Prepares Accessories for the New Kia Tasman Pickup

The Australian company ARB, which specializes in off-road tuning, has presented concept accessories for the upcoming Kia Tasman pickup. Among the proposed options are two types of bumpers with modified guards, additional LED lights, and a roof rack. One of the variants features a sturdy bull bar that protects not only the front but also the sides of the vehicle.

For those planning serious adventures, ARB offers custom body solutions, including a closed cargo compartment, an additional spare wheel, and even a folding ladder. The renders show that the pickup has received a lifted suspension and new wheels with powerful off-road tires.

Official Accessories from Kia

The manufacturer is also counting on demand among off-road enthusiasts, therefore offering its own accessories. Available options include a roof rack, sports bars, bull bars, extended fenders, and even a snorkel for overcoming water obstacles. Kia has also announced a special Weekender version, which could become a competitor to the Ford Ranger Raptor.

According to expert estimates, the Tasman could become one of Kia’s most popular cars in Australia. The projected sales volume is about 20 thousand units per year, which is a quarter of the planned global production. Given the wide selection of accessories from both the manufacturer and third-party companies, this pickup has every chance of success in this region.

ARB already has experience in modifying pickups, so their solutions for the Tasman will take into account the features of operation in difficult conditions. Kia, in turn, plans to expand the Tasman lineup by adding hybrid and electric versions to the existing gasoline and diesel modifications.
