The exterior of the updated Mercedes-Benz S-Class, set to debut in 2026, has been declassified online. The flagship sedan received a modernized front end with a redesigned radiator grille and new LED headlights. This is reported by Carscoops.
The facelifted version received an updated front bumper with larger air intakes and a modified radiator grille geometry. The rear has also undergone changes: new taillights with redesigned lighting element graphics and a modified bumper have appeared.

The cabin of the updated sedan features the latest version of the MBUX multimedia system with an improved voice assistant and expanded connectivity options. The central screen received new software with an updated interface. The trim materials have also been changed – new leather options and decorative inserts have appeared.
2026 Mercedes-Benz S-Class: Powertrains and Release Timeline
The engine range will include updated gasoline and diesel units, as well as plug-in hybrid versions with increased battery capacity. The power of the top S 580 version will be about 500 hp. The official presentation is scheduled for spring 2026, with sales in Europe starting in the summer of the same year.
