At the Frankfurt Motor Show, the new Lamborghini FKP37 Sian debuted. The limited-edition Lamborghini supercar is dedicated to the former head of the Volkswagen Group, Ferdinand Piech, who passed away at the end of August. It is noteworthy that Piech is known as the initiator of the creation of the Bugatti Veyron.
Lamborghini FKP37 Sian is built on the Aventador base and retains the signature wedge-shaped design and upward-lifting doors. Among its special features are thin LED headlights and a transparent insert in the roof.
The interior features carbon and Alcantara. The Lamborghini coupe received new bucket seats and a modern touchscreen. The main feature of the Lamborghini Sian is its hybrid system. Its 6.5-liter 785-hp V12 works alongside a 34-hp electric motor, and together they produce a total of 819 hp. By the way, instead of batteries, the car uses supercapacitors.
The first Lamborghini hybrid is the fastest car in the brand’s history. It accelerates to 100 km/h in 2.8 seconds and reaches speeds of over 350 km/h. Only 63 Lamborghini Sian will be produced. The coupe’s price is 2 million euros.
