The journalistic test drive in California marked by two accidents as part of the Car of the Year contest. As a result, expensive cars were seriously damaged.
First, the charged coupe Ford Mustang Shelby GT350R got into an accident. During the test on the track, the 526-horsepower Mustang sports car went into oncoming traffic and crashed into a crossover Honda CR-V.
Interestingly, although the car is a two-seater, there were three people in its cabin, and all were hospitalized. For reference, the price of the Shelby GT350R in the US is from $70,000.
Then, a much more expensive supercar, the Ferrari 812 Superfast worth 350,000 euros, was damaged. Judging by the photo, the driver lost control of the 800-horsepower car and went off the road.
This time there were no casualties.
