Aston Martin Vanquish of the first generation has been given a second life. Its creator, designer Ian Callum, decided to modernize the coupe.
The Aston Martin Callum Vanquish 25 supercar was created in collaboration with the R-Reforged workshop. Thus, 25 cars will be remodeled and sold at a price of 550,000 pounds ($700,000).
The car’s front end has been changed, new LED headlights and a hood with gills have been installed.
The fenders were slightly widened to accommodate wide 20-inch tires. The interior has been reupholstered with expensive Bridge of Weir leather and carbon inserts have been added. Also, the Aston Martin Vanquish now has a modern multimedia system with an 8.0-inch touchscreen.
The power of the 5.9-liter V12 has increased to 581 hp thanks to a carbon intake manifold and a new exhaust. The Aston Martin supercar is available with both standard manual and automated transmissions, as well as a new 6-speed automatic.
In the suspension, springs, shock absorbers, stabilizers, and bushings have been replaced, and ground clearance has been reduced by 10 mm. The Aston Martin Callum Vanquish has become stiffer but better in handling.
