In the center of Kyiv, on Bessarabsky Square, a massive traffic jam formed due to an accident. The cause of the congestion was not only the accident itself but also the subsequent fight between drivers.
A video of the altercation was published on the public page dtp.kiev.ua. Apparently, the drivers did not want to settle everything amicably and began to sort out their relationship with fists. In the comments to the video, this was referred to as «processing the euro protocol.»
