Another heavy rain in Kyiv has led to a transport collapse. The capital was at a standstill with 10-point traffic jams, and numerous accidents were reported. Public transportation experienced disruptions.
Particularly affected were Shuliavka, Dorohozhychi, and Kurenevka. Notably, underground passages on Peremohy Avenue were even flooded completely — making passage impossible.
On Oleny Telihy Street, a tunnel was flooded making traffic impossible. Furthermore, as reported by dtp.kiev.ua, a part of the viaduct collapsed at the intersection of Telihy and Kyrylivska Streets due to the rain.
