Tuning the GAZ-21 Volga can be quite impressive. And it’s not just about converting the car into a coupe or convertible. Even during the USSR, the Volga was transformed into quite interesting machines. 
One of these cars has been put up for sale in Nizhny Novgorod. The GAZ-21 has been modified in the American style: the Volga somewhat resembles the Buick Electra and Plymouth Belvedere of the late ’50s.
The sedan draws attention with original ‘eyebrows’ over the headlights and pronounced fins in the American style. However, the interior remains unchanged, as does the 2.5-liter 70-horsepower engine. 
You can buy the Volga with a unique design for just $2350. The car is, truth be told, in a slightly shabby condition, but it is still a kind of exclusive.
