Sales of electric vehicles in Ukraine continue to grow. In the first half of 2019, Ukrainians bought 3185 electric cars — 2964 passenger and 221 commercial. 
According to the association «Ukravtoprom», this exceeds the figure for the same period last year by 58%. It should also be noted that 91% of the cars are used electric vehicles. Naturally, the leader remains Nissan Leaf — 1550 Ukrainians chose it.
The second place, with a significant gap, is Tesla Model S (253 cars), and the third is the BMW i3 electric car (189). The top five also includes Fiat 500e (135 units) and Renault Zoe (134). Among commercial models, the undisputed leader is Renault Kangoo Z.E. — 205 cars sold.
