In the USA, an incredibly lowered car was captured. Surprisingly, its base was the Chevrolet S10 pickup truck with quite a high ground clearance. 
The creators of this marvel apparently decided that it wasn’t enough to just reduce the road clearance. Therefore, they cut off the lower part of the body and lowered the car so much that even the hood can’t be installed — the engine and wheels literally protrude. 
Of course, we are curious to see how this Chevrolet pickup drives now and whether it can turn.
This is definitely the most lowered car in the world.
