The new second-generation Audi RS5 has appeared in Ukraine. The charged Audi coupe was filmed in Kryvyi Rih, on Czech plates.
The 2018 Audi RS5 traded its naturally aspirated V8 for a twin-turbo V6. This 450-horsepower engine is familiar from the Porsche Panamera and Cayenne. The power remains unchanged compared to the predecessor’s V8, but the peak torque has increased to 600 Nm and is available at a low 1900 rpm.
With the 8-speed automatic transmission, the Audi coupe accelerates to a hundred in 3.9 seconds, and its top speed is limited to 280 km/h. Meanwhile, the average fuel consumption is only 8.7 l/100 km.
Of course, the 2018 Audi RS5 received the signature Quattro all-wheel drive, complemented by a sports rear differential. The coupe’s chassis has been refined, with adaptive dampers and larger brake discs installed.
The Audi RS5 2018 can be recognized by its body kit, extended fenders, rear spoiler, and special grille. The interior features sporty bucket seats and a flattened steering wheel. In Europe, you can buy the Audi RS5 for a starting price of 81 thousand euros.
