A very powerful Porsche 997 V-RT Edition Turbo 2009 by Vorsteiner was spotted in Kyiv. After upgrading, its engine produces 1200 hp. 
This Porsche 911 Turbo has been in Ukraine for quite some time. It should be noted that Vorsteiner only created an aerodynamic package with a carbon kit, a rear wing, and enlarged air intakes. However, the tuning of the Porsche 911 Turbo with increased power was done in the Ukrainian studio Top Level Motorsports.
Before us is one of the most powerful and fastest cars in Ukraine, not counting drag racers.
