by Electric car sales in Ukraine continue to grow. In the first half of 2019, Ukrainians purchased 3185 electric cars – 2964 passenger cars and 221 commercial. 
According to the association “Ukrautoprom”, this exceeds the figure for the same period last year by 58%. It should also be noted that 91% of the cars are used electric vehicles. Naturally, the leader remains Nissan Leaf – chosen by 1550 Ukrainians.
Second place with a large gap is Tesla Model S (253 cars), and the third is the electric car BMW i3 (189). In the top five are Fiat 500e (135 units) and Renault Zoe (134). Among commercial models, the undisputed leader is Renault Kangoo Z.E. – 205 cars sold.
