by In our country, the Infiniti QX80, like the Nissan Patrol, is hard to call a bestseller. In this class, the leaders are the Toyota Land Cruiser and Lexus LX570, which, however, are also top targets for theft. Does this mean that the flagship SUV Infiniti/Nissan is worse than Toyota/Lexus? 
The question is, of course, rhetorical. But with the example of the new Infiniti QX80, we decided to clarify for ourselves whether the QX80 is indeed inferior or just underrated.
After all, its sibling, the Nissan Patrol, in our opinion, is a very worthy competitor to Toyota. 
It should be noted that the updated 2019 Infiniti QX80 has transformed in appearance, albeit with no technical changes. Nevertheless, it’s the design change of the front end that can be seen as the necessary update that made it significantly better.
P.S. It’s symbolic that just on the day the law on ‘dematukatsiya’ was registered, we published this test, which contains a moment for which we might get “scolded” for being poorly brought up.
But what can you do – you can’t take words out of the test…
