The American agency J.D. Power published a fresh quality rating of new cars for 2019. As before, experts surveyed car buyers after the first 90 days of ownership. We have already written to you about the initial results of this study, and now expanded data is available.
A total of more than 76 thousand respondents participated in the survey, and they were asked to evaluate the cars on 233 different parameters.
Based on their answers, the problematic nature of each car was determined. The market average is 93 complaints per 100 cars. Modern electronic systems and multimedia performance are the main sources of dissatisfaction. Korean brands topped the J.D. Power ranking.
The leader is Genesis with 63 problems per 100 cars. Followed by Kia (70) and Hyundai (71).
