by The first official photos of the 2020 BMW M8 have been presented. The long-awaited coupe and convertible will become the fastest two-door models in the history of the German brand. 
The new BMW M8 debuted in two versions: standard and Competition. In the first case, the 4.4-liter V8 twin-turbo delivers 600 hp, in the second – 625 hp. The torque in both cases is the same – 750 Nm.
With the 8-speed automatic transmission, acceleration to 100 km/h takes 3.3 seconds in the BMW M8 and 3.2 seconds in the Competition. The maximum speed can be limited to 250 or 305 km/h. 
The 2020 BMW M8 is all-wheel drive, although a rear-wheel drive mode is available for drifting. Among the options are carbon-ceramic brakes. 
You can distinguish the car from the standard BMW 8 Series by the body kit, enlarged front air intakes, widened fenders, and rear spoiler.
Also provided are 20-inch alloy wheels. The interior of the BMW M8 is trimmed with leather and Alcantara, and sports seats have appeared.
