Photos of the extended UAZ were published by Autocentre. Apparently, the owner wanted to make the Bobik more spacious. 
Strangely enough, such a vehicle is not unique.
Similar six-door SUVs are very popular, for instance, in Mongolia. They can also be found in Egypt. By the way, not too long ago another rare six-door limousine, a Volvo 940, was spotted near Kyiv.
