The four-seater Ferrari GTC4 Lusso and its predecessor FF are often called wagons due to their characteristic design. However, these are still coupes, but in the history of the Italian brand, there have been a few ‘estate cars’. One of them is the 1965 Ferrari 330 GT Shooting Brake.
The Ferrari 330 wagon was created at the request of the famous American Ferrari dealer Luigi Chinetti. The unusual body was designed at the Vignale studio, with only the windshield taken from the original Ferrari 330 GT coupe.
The interior of the Ferrari 330 GT Shooting Brake Vignale was finished with leather and wood. Inside, there are four separate seats, and the car also has a decent trunk.
The Ferrari 330 wagon is equipped with a 4.0-liter V12 engine with 300 hp and a 5-speed manual transmission. The maximum speed is 240 km/h.
The car is now silver, although it was previously green. One of the previous owners of the car was the vocalist of the Jamiroquai band, Jay Kay, who is famous for his collection of supercars. And in 2008, the Ferrari was auctioned for $410,000, making it the most expensive wagon in the world.
