Polestar has started accepting orders for the new electric crossover Polestar 4, which will reach customers in the fall of this year. Production of models for the American market will begin in South Korea in the summer. The car features an original design – instead of a rear window, digital cameras are installed.
The base Long Range Single Motor version starts at $56,400. It is equipped with LED headlights, rain sensors, a panoramic glass roof, and 20-inch wheels. The interior includes a 10.2-inch digital instrument panel and a 15.4-inch multimedia system.
Technical specifications and options
Rear-wheel-drive versions have a 272 hp motor and a 100 kWh battery, providing a range of up to 300 miles. All-wheel-drive models with dual motors deliver 544 hp and accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in 3.7 seconds, but their range is reduced to 270 miles.

Pricing policy in Canada
In Canada, the Polestar 4 is also available for order starting in the fall of 2024. The starting price is $64,900 CAD. The technical specifications of Canadian models are similar to the American ones, but the range is indicated in kilometers – up to 482 km for rear-wheel-drive versions.
Interestingly, the Polestar 4 offers an unusual combination of features – from a comfortable base variant to powerful all-wheel-drive modifications with a sporty character. A distinctive feature of the model is the absence of a traditional rear window, which may spark debates among buyers but at the same time highlights its innovativeness.
