Porsche has introduced an exclusive version of the 911 GT3 RS, created specifically for the opening of the Porsche Experience Centre in Toronto. The car, which will be auctioned, features a special design inspired by the Canadian flag – a red and white livery with a maple leaf on the roof. The interior is also executed in the Canadian theme, with unique seats, embroidery, and carbon fiber details.
A feature of this model is not only its appearance but also the elements signed under the hood by key Porsche figures. The auction will run until July 1, and a portion of the proceeds will go to support the charity Campfire Circle, which helps children with cancer.
Technical features and auction
This GT3 RS is equipped with a 4.0-liter naturally aspirated engine producing 518 horsepower, allowing it to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.2 seconds. Although the starting price of the standard version in Canada is over 267 thousand dollars, the unique design and charitable status could significantly increase the final price.
The auction winner will receive not only the car but also a watch and a scale model of this vehicle. Interestingly, participants from the USA can also take part, but in case of winning, they will have to adapt the car to American standards.
This project has become a good example of how automakers can combine exclusive cars with social initiatives. At the same time, the design of this GT3 RS is not just a marketing move but a real tribute to Canadian culture and the country’s car enthusiasts.
