Luxurious Ferrari 296 GTB with Huge Discounts
This Ferrari 296 GTB was equipped with additional options worth almost $200,000. Among them are numerous carbon fiber elements that emphasize the car’s sporty character. Despite the model not having gained the same fame as the more powerful SF90 Stradale, it demonstrates almost identical acceleration dynamics at a lower price.
Tests have shown that the 296 GTB is practically on par with the SF90 in straight-line acceleration, despite having less power and a more accessible price.
Expensive Options and Rapid Depreciation
The 2024 car is finished in Rosso Fuoco paint and equipped with the $41,956 Assetto Fiorano package. This included carbon door panels, special shock absorbers, an active spoiler, and other improvements. Furthermore, the model received an $11,812 carbon diffuser, carbon elements under the doors ($8,606), and other premium options.
The total cost of the car, including all additions, amounted to $525,227, which is $200,000 above the base price. However, after an odometer reading of just 1,400 miles, it was sold for only $384,000 – $141,227 cheaper. Such rapid depreciation may indicate an inflated cost of options or insufficient popularity of the model among collectors.
The new owner got a real bargain, buying an almost new Ferrari for a significantly lower price. This case could be a signal for the manufacturer to review its pricing policy for additional options.
