by The largest technical festival in Ukraine, Old Car Land, will take place this weekend – September 28 and 29 in Kyiv on the territory of the Museum of History on Wheels. This year the event celebrates its tenth anniversary and prepares a whole series of attractions and innovations.
Yes, for the first time the festival will take place on the territory of the Museum of History on Wheels. So everyone will have a unique opportunity not only to get acquainted with the cars, motorcycles and other vehicles of the festival, but also with the largest collection of classic technical exhibits in Kyiv and Ukraine.
Organizers are also preparing several thematic exhibitions dedicated to world car manufacturers celebrating important anniversaries. Within these locations, you will be able to see classic Opels from the 30s-70s, unusual British roadsters, and more.
Among other interesting exhibits are bright examples of American classics from the 50s-70s, retro trucks, and even a real double-decker bus, which over 50 years ago worked on the streets of London! In addition, organizers will pay great attention to Japanese and European youngtimers, which until recently could be seen on the streets of our cities and today have become desirable specimens in private collections.
