The network of BRSМ-Nаfta gas stations has announced the launch of an initiative that will allow drivers to personally verify the amount of fuel dispensed. Since the beginning of this week, special metrologically certified meters have been installed at 24 gas stations, allowing customers to independently verify the correspondence of the declared volume of fuel (displayed on the fuel dispenser screen) to the actual fuel dispensed into the car’s tank.1 of 3Top manager of the BRSМ-Nаfta gas station network Oleksandr Melnychuk emphasized that these devices are protected from interference and ensure accurate and fair verification: ‘Before buying fuel, we all want to be sure that we are getting what we are paying for. From today, at our gas stations, you can not only refuel but also personally verify the accuracy of the fuel dispense dose.’ The initiative aims to demonstrate to customers the honesty and accuracy of the dispensed fuel dose and ensure transparency in the purchase of automotive gas, diesel, and gasoline. Each customer who takes advantage of this opportunity will receive a complimentary aromatic coffee as a thank you for participating in the verification. The events will take place from 22 to 27 April as part of the ‘Control of Fuel Dispense Accuracy’ initiative at the addresses of 24 gas stations. In addition, within this initiative, it is planned to cover the majority of other cities in Ukraine.
