What the Lamborghini Countach Supercar and the Mass-produced Alfa Romeo Alfetta Have in Common

Lamborghini Countach is nothing less than an icon of the automotive industry, released in a highly limited number (only 1997 units). This production run was stretched over 17 (!) years – from 1974 to 1990. Today, finding this Lambo for less than 300,000 euros is virtually impossible.

However, despite its cult status and value, few people know that the Lamborghini Countach shares common parts with a mass-produced model like the Alfa Romeo Alfetta.

By the way, there is a Countach in Ukraine, albeit not the original but a replica. However, it is not excluded that a reincarnation of the legendary 20th-century supercar might appear in our country, as the Italians have already showcased it.

More than 400,000 units of the Alfa were sold, from which the Lambo supercar inherited the rear lights. This means that anyone who believes that parts unification is solely a 21st-century automotive trend is mistaken.

By the way, these are just “baby steps,” as there are common parts between Lamborghini Diablo and MAZ!
