by The GMC Sierra EV crossover in 2026 is complemented by new versions: Elevation and AT4, aimed at off-road.
Thanks to the release of new models, the cost of the basic configuration decreased from $89,900 to $62,400, which is $27,500 less.
A new standard capacity battery will be available for the Elevation and Denali versions.
The range of models is expanding in 2026 by adding new versions of AT4 and Elevation. This gives customers more choice, as well as a significantly lower starting price of $62,400.
The new Sierra EV Elevation, distinguished by a restrained design, is equipped with Power eTrunk and MultiPro systems, as well as 18-inch wheels with dual-color coating.
In addition, buyers will be able to enjoy the After Dark interior with a 16.8-inch infotainment system. Unfortunately, the beautiful wood inserts from Denali have been replaced with a fabric strip similar to what could be stolen from an office chair in the 1980s.
Elevation will be available with standard and maximum capacity batteries, but GM did not specify the range figures. Both options will receive a dual-motor engine and all-wheel drive system, and the version with maximum range will have 645 hp (481 kW / 654 hp) and 765 lb-ft (1,036 Nm) of torque.
2026 GMC Sierra EV AT4
The Sierra EV AT4 crossover, aimed at off-road, starts at $79,300. It features elevated suspension and 18-inch wheels with 35-inch all-season tire coating. This combination provides the vehicle with an additional 2 inches (51 mm) of ground clearance.
The increase in off-road capabilities does not stop there as the AT4 comes standard with a 4-wheel steering system, significantly improving maneuverability and making it feel like you’re driving a much smaller pickup. In addition, buyers will be able to take advantage of the CrabWalk function and the exclusive Terrain mode.
It is also worth noting the illuminated front emblem and the standard Super Cruise system. The model features a unique Forest Storm interior, which includes embroidered headrests and special seats with contrasting white accents.
2026 GMC Sierra EV Elevation
The Sierra EV AT4 will be offered with standard and maximum capacity batteries. The first has 625 hp (466 kW / 634 hp), while the second has 725 hp (541 kW / 735 hp). Despite the power differences, both options have 775 lb-ft (1,050 Nm) of torque.
