by Environmental standards Euro-6 in Ukraine will come into force from January 1, 2025. This decision was made by the Verkhovna Rada – bill No.2078-1 was supported by 356 Members of Parliament. 
Let us remind you that originally Euro-6 was planned to be introduced from January 1, 2020, but the industry turned out to be unprepared for such a step. The implementation of stricter eco-standards is fraught with price increases for a whole range of car models by 15-20%. Moreover, gasoline and diesel at our gas stations are not Euro-6 at all.
Now auto importers and the fuel industry have time to prepare – a whole five years.
