Photos of the motorcade of the so-called ‘DNR’ head Denis Pushilin appeared online. It turned out that the cars in it are not exactly cheap. 
The motorcade was captured during the opening of the ‘Yelenovka’ checkpoint, covered by one of the separatist TV channels. Pushilin himself moves in a new Lexus LX570, and the security guards use two Toyota Land Cruiser 200 with flashing lights. Most likely, the cars are armored and cost about $250,000 each.
So, in the ‘people’s republic,’ the cars are far from people’s cars and are obviously imported illegally. 
But the most interesting detail is the absence of license plates. Instead of them, there are signs with the inscription ‘DNR.’ But what’s strange about that? ‘DNR’ license plates are not even recognized in Russia even recognize.
