by The Pininfarina atelier is being revived after bankruptcy and is moving on to the production of its own cars. As early as 2020, the electric hypercar PF0 will go into production. 
The Italians managed to amaze indeed. The new Pininfarina PF0 will become the most powerful electric car in the world and will be able to challenge Tesla Roadster. Four electric motors develop a total of 1900 hp and 2300 Nm, provided by Rimac, a company famed for the spectacular Richard Hammond accident.
The Pininfarina electric car is expected to accelerate to 100 km/h in less than 2 seconds and to 300 km/h in 12 seconds. The maximum speed will exceed 400 km/h. However, the range will be somewhat less than Tesla’s – about 480 km.

The developers promise to equip the Pininfarina PF0 with an advanced autopilot. As for the design, only some teasers of the model have been published so far.
Pininfarina plans to release 150 PF0 units. The electric car can be purchased for 2.2 million dollars, and over 80 cars are already ordered.
