In Stavropol, a very unusual 1983 Moskvich-2140 was discovered. The car’s mileage is only 37,000 km, and it is well-preserved, but it surprises not only with its condition.
The fact is that the original factory color of the Moskvich is blue metallic. Not everyone knows that it was offered. In general, Soviet cars were very rarely painted in metallic.
Blogger Roma Urraco talked about the unique car. Its first owner was a jack of all trades, which is why the car is in excellent condition. He installed the scarce Weber carburetor and fog lights on the Moskvich-2140, and also chromed the air filter cover.
The owner’s manual for the car and even the vouchers from Soviet service stations have been preserved. The Moskvich still has its original black number plates.
