Only Mansory would dare to call this body kit for the Porsche 911 Turbo S “gentle”

New body kit from Mansory for the Porsche 911 Turbo S

Tuning studio Mansory has introduced a new aerodynamic kit for the updated Porsche 911 Turbo S (992.2). This set is called the “Soft Kit” and, by the company’s standards, is more restrained than previous works. The package includes numerous carbon fiber parts, as well as an optional interior overhaul.

Exterior changes: carbon fiber and an aggressive style

The updated 992.2 Turbo S Coupe is already an extremely fast car by any measure. However, some owners apparently have a different opinion about its appearance. Mansory’s answer is carbon fiber, designed to bring the standard car closer to GT2 RS territory. If this still seems restrained to you, it’s worth remembering that there is a P9LM Evo 900 model, where the concept of restraint is completely absent.

Up front, there is a new splitter that combines with side extensions framing the factory bumper air intakes, while the hood has received additional ventilation openings and vents.

On the sides, sharper side skirts are installed, which transition into widened wheel arches, updated mirror caps, side “gills” with illuminated Mansory emblems, and new side air intakes.

Rear section and interior

More substantial changes have occurred at the rear. Here, Mansory has added its own diffuser and bumper extender, a larger rear wing with integrated ventilation openings, a “ducktail” spoiler, and a corresponding engine cover. Most of the new parts are made of red exposed carbon fiber, contrasting with the matte silver body.

The depicted car sits on five-spoke wheels with red center caps and aero discs, and also features discreet Mansory decals along the profile.

Inside, Alcantara covers most surfaces, and the seats and door cards are adorned with tartan fabric inserts. New carpets and quilted floor mats complete the picture, with Mansory emblems scattered throughout the cabin.

Technical aspects and price

There are no changes under the hood in this package, although Mansory offers performance and chassis upgrades for the 911 Turbo S for those who want to increase power. In its most powerful form, the tuned Mansory model produces 888 hp (662 kW / 900 PS) and 774 lb-ft (1050 Nm) of torque from a modified 3.8-liter twin-turbocharged boxer engine.

The price has not been disclosed, but Mansory states that the Soft Kit can be customized to taste, with each component available separately.

This package from Mansory is another example of how even “restrained” tuning from this studio can radically change a car’s appearance. Although the company calls it “soft,” it still adds a significant amount of carbon fiber elements, making the 911 Turbo S even more aggressive and exclusive. The absence of engine changes in the base package indicates that the main focus is on visual perception rather than enhancing dynamic characteristics, which may be interesting for owners who want to stand out without interfering with the technical side.
