The smallest Aston has long been out of production, but a special division of the English brand decided to remind everyone about it by installing an adult V8 on the small car!
If the serial Cygnet was produced with a 1.3-liter engine with a power output of 98 hp, then this little one has a 4.3-liter engine with a power output of 430 hp!
The transmission is a 7-speed ‘automatic’. Acceleration to 100 km/h is 4.2 seconds, and the maximum speed is 273 km/h.
In addition to technical modifications (including sports brakes), the compact Aston Martin received a roll cage and bucket seats.
Why and what was this mini-rocket created for? It’s simple — for display at the Goodwood Festival of Speed, which will take place on July 14-15.
