In the UK, an unusual Mercedes S600 W140 was exhibited at the DK Engineering auction. The iconic executive car of the 90s has been transformed into a practical station wagon. This is reported by Focus. The station wagon Mercedes S-Class W140 was created in the British Falcon Design studio and exists in a single copy (although similar models from other studios existed). The elongated Mercedes S600L from 1994, brought from Japan, was taken as the basis. The sedan was extended in height and side windows were added. The trunk doors were borrowed from the Mercedes E-Class W210 station wagon. By the way, the luggage compartment has become larger. The Mercedes S600 W140 salon also looks quite unusual. It is completely trimmed with bright emerald leather. Of course, dual-zone climate control, sunroof, ESP, electric drive, and heated seats are preserved. The Mercedes S600 engine remained unchanged. The station wagon is equipped with a 6.0-liter V12 engine with 394 hp and a 4-speed automatic transmission. The car is well preserved, and its mileage over 30 years is 108,000 km.
