In the UK at Iconic Auctioneers, an unusual 1994 Range Rover has been put up for auction. The off-roader was transformed into a real limousine.

The tuning of the Range Rover was done by the British company Townley Cross Country Vehicles Ltd. The off-roader was built on order for Sultan Brunei Hassanal Bolkiah, who owns the largest car collection in the world with 3000 exclusive cars. He gave the Range Rover to his brother Jeffrey.

The Range Rover cost £135,000 ($166,000). A 101.6 cm insert appeared between the doors, and the height of the car was increased by 20 cm. A sunroof appeared on the roof.

The Range Rover interior was trimmed with red Connolly leather and wood, and passengers were separated from the driver by a partition. Three separate seats with electric drive were installed at the back. Also, two televisions with a remote control, a videocassette recorder, a powerful audio system, and folding tables appeared.
In 2000, the car returned to the UK. It was used by the famous boxer Mike Tyson – an American in Glasgow then fought against Lou Savarese.

The Range Rover has a mileage of 27300 km. The off-roader has been well preserved and serviced. Interestingly, the unique model with an interesting history was valued at only £30,000 – £40,000 ($37,000 – 49,200).
