The finalists of the Autobest 2022 contest were announced today. These six cars will compete for the title of “Best European Car Purchase 2022.” The absolute winner will be determined in mid-December.
Meanwhile, the cars selected by 32 jury members, including a representative from Ukraine (Oleg Vasilevsky). In their opinion, this is what the TOP-6 best new automotive products look like:
- Dacia Spring (the cheapest electric car in Europe)
- Hyundai Bayon (the smallest crossover for Europe)
- Opel Mokka (a new crossover, already made under the wing of PSA, after the creation of the Stellantis alliance)
- Renault Arkana (the very crossover that is assembled at ZAZ. We’ve already conducted a test of the Arkana)
- Skoda Fabia (well, it’s kind of clear, although not really. In fact, this is the only non-crossover among the finalists)
- Toyota Yaris Cross (the crossover version of the popular subcompact Yaris)
