On our roads, you may sometimes encounter cars whose exclusivity and value no one even suspects. No one except the owner himself (probably). One such example is the rather unremarkable Kia Sorento.

However, what you see is a true exclusive, as only 180 of these cars were produced worldwide! For comparison, the Bugatti Veyron’s run was limited to 450 units. The comparison is, of course, crude and not particularly appropriate, but in any case, this SUV deserves its own post.

11 years ago, the South Korean brand decided to release a luxurious and at the same time sporty SUV “not for everyone.” Specifically, we are talking about the Kia Sorento Executive. Its development (and production, by the way, too) was carried out by CRD, a subsidiary of the legendary German tuner Brabus.

The model was manufactured in Bottrop (a city in Germany), at the Mercedes Brabus subsidiary. The limited Sorento 2.5 CRDi SUV was offered in only two colors – black and metallic silver. As for the external differences of the Brabus Kia Sorento, it received a concise body kit with small “muscles” and a dual exhaust.

Inside – the exclusive Sorento Executive interior with leather and alcantara and various Executive overlays.

By the way, we monitored the cost of such a car with no mileage (as of 2010). The luxurious SUV was sold at a rather high cost. Price – 32,990 euros (black) or 33,370 euros (silver). A five-speed automatic system (surcharge: 1,715 euros) and a glass sliding roof with electric drive (650 euros) were offered optionally.
